Inside Stigmafree ERG

StigmaFree is one of nine ERGs at TNC and serves as a resource for staff with disabilities and/or mental illness. It’s also open to allies and anyone with a loved one facing challenges. StigmaFree’s purpose is to foster a culture of compassion at TNC that embraces the value people of all abilities bring to the organization. Although disability and mental illness cut across all racial, gender, ethnic, sexual orientation, and other identity group boundaries, they are too often overlooked in conversations about inclusion and belonging.
